*Meal Guides provided are based off of the information given by each participant including eating habits, past activity level, expected activity level, height, weight, and so much more. Each Meal Guide will be tailored to help each participant reach their fitness goals. Meal Guides are not reviewed by a physician or nutritionist; therefore, BSF encourages each participant to take their Meal Guide to their trusted physician or nutritionist for a complete review before starting the program. Should the physician or nutritionist advise against the meal plan for any such reason, the participant can return their Meal Guide for a refund within the first three days of receiving the Meal Guide (less a $50 processing fee).
